Paxon Swimming and Diving Team

Photography Coordinator -
Maintain the website Gallery section.  Confirm all student swimmers have a photo release on file.  Encourage volunteers to save team photos on the shutterfly website.  Produce a swim team slide show for the end of year party 3 to 5 minutes.

Meet Snacks Coordinator -
Responsible for organizing Volunteers to secure and distribute snacks at meets. Secure $10 from each swimmer. The website allows the coordinator to list needed positions, allows people to volunteer, and the system sends out reminders. The coordinator will follow up with volunteers.

Meet Operations Coordinator -
Identify and secure volunteers for 5 home meets ; 1 starter, 1 head timer, 8 timers, 1 scorer helper, 1 Ticket Taker, and 1 runner. The website allows the coordinator to list needed positions, allows people to volunteer, and the system sends out reminders. The coordinator will need to follow up with volunteers and find replacements for no shows.

Year End Party Coordinator - 
Organize volunteers to identify; date, time, location, menu, program, and awards. Volunteers will determine cost, reservation system, and payment method.

Webmaster -
Set up and maintain Paxon Swimming and Diving Team Website and maintain a data base of swimmers, parents, and sponsors. The system will allow volunteers to register on line and send reminder emails.
